Frosé - your perfect summer cocktail

Frosé All Day

Some might say that the last few years has seen a Rosé revolution in Australia. And with good reason – it’s a versatile wine that can be enjoyed at all times of the year.

With warmer days ahead, there's nothing better than enjoying a refreshing cocktail, and this Frosé is perfect for the Rosé lovers.

With refreshing berry flavours, Frosé ticks all the boxes for a fun summer cocktail that is great for sharing when you're entertaining friends.

The best Rosé to make Frosé with is one that is dry with complex flavours, such as our 2021 Glen Garvald Rosé. Cabernet Sauvignon based, it is a Rosé of serious character and intensity. 

Use the recipe below recipe is a base - if experimenting is your thing, you can try substituting the strawberries for raspberries, watermelon, peaches or cherries. They'll all bring a different fruit characteristics to the final cocktail. 

Frosé Recipe

Blend all ingredients, except the ice, in a blender until the strawberries are fully blended. Add 1 cup of ice to start with and blend again. Add extra ice until it has reached your desired consistency. Enjoy!
