Covid-19 Delivery Times
Despite our best efforts, the below dispatch and delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order, or would like to make special arrangements to ensure your order arrives by a particular date, please contact us via email at members@levantinehill.com.au.
Shipping
Levantine Hill delivers within Australia to destinations where Australia Post will deliver wine. We use a combination of couriers, private delivery services and Australia Post to deliver wines to your door.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day, otherwise please allow 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.
The delivery timeframes below are provided as a guide:
VIC
Following dispatch, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to arrive.
NSW, ACT, TAS and SA
Following dispatch, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.
WA, QLD and NT
Following dispatch, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to arrive.
Age Verification
The delivery receiver has to be aged 18 years or over, and may be asked to provide proof of age. If it is your first order and proof of age has not been able to be verified, no-one is at the delivery address, or if there is no-one aged 18 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address and you will need to collect your wine from the location specified in the notice. If your proof of age has been established, and you place a subsequent order, you may provide instructions and authority to leave.
Optume Wines
Due to the nature of the Optume wines, we may delay sending to avoid being in transit over a weekend or in times of extreme heat.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free for orders over $100* and a $15 standard shipping rate applies for all other orders within Australia. You can also select to upgrade to express shipping with the price quoted during checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on all wine. Please contact us today to discuss your requirements and receive a shipping quote.
