Winemaking Experiences
Levantine Hill offers a series of immersive winemaking experiences. Not usually open to the public, you will have the opportunity to tour the grounds of our magnificent, state-of-the-art Winery building.
Whether it's arriving by helicopter or car, this is the ultimate behind-the-scenes viticultural tour of how Levantine Hill wines are made. Winemaking experiences need to be booked in at least seven days beforehand.
This experience includes a Winery tour including an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the Levantine Hill winemaking process, underground barrel store, and grounds (not usually open to the public). Follow this with a tutored tasting experience and then lunch at our restaurant and cellar door.

Join the winemaking team for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes, immersive experience that includes the opportunity to experience the craft of winemaking by hand plunging grape skins in their juice (MARCH/APRIL only). Also enjoy a tutored tasting of not-yet-bottled wines straight from their oak barrels in our underground maturation store, followed by seasonal snacks served at our cellar door, and a special wine gift to take home.
